OEM HID Headlight Ballast — Multi-Volt D1S / D1R / D3S / D3R Replacement
This is the direct OEM replacement for the 10R-0413266 headlight control module — as fitted to Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Jeep, Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Maserati, Ferrari, and Ford vehicles equipped with factory HID xenon headlights.
It restores reliable, flicker-free operation to your factory HID xenon headlight system. No coding, no rewiring — plug straight in and it works.
The 10R-0413266 is a multi-volt ballast — it outputs both 85V for D1S / D1R globes and 42V for D3S / D3R globes. This makes it compatible with a wide range of factory HID systems across multiple vehicle platforms.
This is the Version #1 (88mm) mounting footprint — the narrower of the two Valeo-family ballast sizes. If your original ballast has a wider 93mm mounting footprint, you need the Valeo 7Green 89089352 instead.
1 x Ballast unit. If both headlights are affected, add 2 to your cart.

Which Version Do You Need? — 88mm vs 93mm Mounting Footprint
There are three Valeo-family ballasts in this range. The physical mounting footprint is the key difference:
- 10R-0413266 (this product) — Version #1, 88mm: Multi-volt — D1S / D1R (85V) and D3S / D3R (42V). Narrower mounting footprint.
- Valeo 6G 89034934 — Version #1, 88mm: D1S / D1R only (85V). Same narrow mounting footprint. Fits Audi Q7, BMW 1 Series, Peugeot, Renault, Citroën, Seat, Volvo, VW.
- Valeo 7Green 89089352 — Version #2, 93mm: D3S / D3R / D4S / D4R (42V). Wider mounting footprint.
Check the part number printed on the label of your original ballast to confirm which version you need.
Is It the Ballast or the Globe?
Before replacing the ballast, swap the working globe from the opposite headlight into the non-working side.
If the light still fails with a known-good globe, the ballast is the fault.
If your headlight flickers on start-up and then cuts out, or fails to ignite at all, the ballast is the most likely cause.
