The Pro Vision Lighting™ Trooper 5x7 Inch LED Headlight is an angular, modern rectangular LED upgrade for vehicles that use a standard 5x7-inch sealed-beam headlight. It combines high and low beam with a white DRL/park-light function and amber indicator function, making it a strong choice for customers who want a sharper custom appearance from their 5x7 headlight upgrade.

Suitable 5x7 Sealed-Beam Applications

The Trooper is made for the standard 5x7-inch / 200 × 142 mm rectangular sealed-beam or semi-sealed-beam insert retained by the factory front bezel or fascia. It is commonly used in the following Australian rectangular-headlight applications:

• Toyota: Hilux standard rectangular-headlight models 1983–1997; HiAce 1985–2005.
• Holden: Rodeo KB 1981–1988; Rodeo TF standard rectangular-headlight variants 1988–2003; Gemini TE, TF and TG 1979–1985.
• Mazda: Bravo B2600 and B-Series utes 1985–1996.
• Nissan: Navara D21 1986–1997; Patrol MQ and MK 1980–1987.
• Ford and Mitsubishi: Courier standard rectangular-headlight models 1985–1999; selected Mitsubishi L200, L300 and Triton rectangular-headlight models.

It is also a replacement format for common 5x7 sealed-beam references including H6024, 6014, 6015, 6016, 6017, H5024, H6014, H6017, H6026 and 2D1. If your vehicle is not listed, our team can identify the correct 5x7 option from the make, model and year.

H4 High/Low, White DRL and Amber Indicator Functions

The OEM-style H4 high/low connector operates the main headlight. The Trooper’s additional wiring connects the white DRL/park-light and amber-indicator functions to the appropriate vehicle circuits. This lets you retain high- and low-beam operation while adding the front lighting functions shown in the product images.

Most standard H4 headlight circuits use the existing vehicle connection. For selected earth-switched H4 systems, pair the headlight with our H4 polarity converter; use one converter per headlight when required. Call us with your vehicle details and we can help identify the correct setup.

Symmetrical Beam Pattern

The Trooper uses a symmetrical beam pattern for standard rectangular halogen sealed-beam replacement applications. It is suited to customers wanting a modern 5x7 headlight design with white DRL/park-light and amber-indicator functions.
