OEM D1S HID Headlight Ballast — Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Lincoln Direct Replacement
This is the direct OEM replacement for the 10R-0413266 headlight control module — as fitted to Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Dodge, and Cadillac vehicles from 2003 to 2014.
It restores reliable, flicker-free operation to your factory D1S HID xenon headlight system. No coding, no rewiring — plug straight in and it works.
Common symptoms of a failed ballast: one headlight flickering, failing to ignite, slow warm-up to full brightness, or a headlight cutting out after a few minutes. If the globe has been ruled out, the ballast is the most likely cause.
1 x Ballast unit. Ballasts do not need to be replaced in pairs — only replace the failed unit.

Is It the Ballast or the Globe?
Before replacing the ballast, swap the working globe from the opposite headlight into the non-working side.
If the light works with the known-good globe, the original globe has failed — not the ballast.
If the light still fails with a known-good globe installed, the ballast is the cause and needs to be replaced.
