Extreme PLUS G3 P18 High-Powered LED Headlight Globes
The Extreme PLUS G3 P18 is Pro Vision Lighting™’s high-powered halogen-to-LED globe upgrade for drivers who want maximum output from their high beams. With a factory-rated 18,000-lumen P18 output, it is designed primarily for rural driving, farm vehicles, four-wheel-drives, and off-road applications where strong forward illumination is essential.
Available in H4 H/L, H7, H8, H9, H11, HB3/9005, and HB4/9006, the P18 is a specialist high-output option rather than a generic globe for every application. Check your existing halogen globe type and confirm there is adequate space behind the headlight before ordering.
Why Choose the P18?
- High-output P18 performance: A factory-rated 18000-lumen LED globe upgrade for customers who prioritise strong high-beam performance.
- Built for demanding applications: A practical choice for country roads, property and farm use, four-wheel-driving and off-road applications.
- Automotive-grade beam-pattern design: The LED position is engineered to work with suitable reflector and projector headlights, supporting a useful, controlled beam pattern when correctly fitted and aimed.
- Compact separate micro-driver: The external driver is designed to make installation more practical where space inside the headlight housing is limited.
- CAN-bus compatible: The P18 is compatible with current vehicle electrical systems. For vehicles with particularly sensitive bulb monitoring, contact us so we can recommend the most suitable globe and driver arrangement.
P18 Bulb Types & Recommended Applications
The P18 range is available in H4 high/low, H7, H8, H9, H11, HB3/9005 and HB4/9006. It is primarily recommended for high beam. It can also suit selected low-beam applications, but low-beam fitment should be assessed case by case because the headlamp optics, bulb type, available housing space, correct globe position and headlamp aim all affect the final beam pattern.
For most standard halogen low-beam upgrades, Quick-Fit GEN5 LED Headlight Globes are our usual starting recommendation. For some vehicles with sensitive electrical systems, bulb-monitoring warnings or more demanding fitment requirements, the Extreme Plus G3 with dedicated CAN-bus driver may be the better option. Contact us with your vehicle details before ordering if you are unsure.

Need Help Choosing the Right LED Headlight Globe?
The easiest way to confirm the correct globe type is to check the marking on your existing halogen globe. You can also check your owner’s manual, ask your dealer using your VIN, or use the OSRAM Globe Application Guide or NARVA Globe Application Guide. If you are still unsure, email clear photos of your existing globes, your vehicle details and whether you are upgrading low beam, high beam or fog lights to [email protected], or call 1300 775 359.
Low-Beam Fitment, Beam Pattern & Road Use
Low beam needs the most care because the beam pattern must remain controlled and must not create glare for other road users. Brightness on paper is only one part of the result: effective light and cut-off pattern depend on the original headlamp optics, correct globe position, thermal management, the lens or reflector, and correct headlamp aim. The P18 is primarily a high-beam product; contact Pro Vision Lighting™ before choosing it for low beam.
Always confirm fitment, install the globes correctly, check your headlamp aim and ensure your vehicle meets applicable state or territory road-use requirements. For vehicle-specific advice, contact Pro Vision Lighting™ before ordering.
