OEM HID Headlight Ballast — Audi, VW, Chrysler Direct Replacement
This is the direct OEM replacement for the 8K0.941.597 and W003T18471 series HID headlight control modules — as fitted to a wide range of Audi, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Porsche, and Volvo vehicles from 2008 to 2018.
It restores reliable, flicker-free operation to your factory HID xenon headlight system. Plug straight in — no coding, no rewiring, no modifications required.
When a factory HID ballast fails, your headlight will flicker, fail to ignite, or trigger a dashboard warning error. This OEM-spec replacement resolves all of these symptoms.
1 x Ballast unit. If both headlights are affected, add 2 to your cart.

Is It the Ballast or the Globe?
Before replacing the ballast, swap the working globe from the opposite headlight into the non-working side.
If the light works with the known-good globe, the original globe has failed — not the ballast.
If the light still fails with a known-good globe installed, the ballast is the cause and needs to be replaced.
